| While mostly being involved in live shows these days, Tim still finds time for the recording studio where he has worked as a songwriter and producer on several projects. His latest single, “Jewel of the Port”, is a Great Lakes song about the Lorain Lighthouse and it’s return to glory after years of neglect. This song has received local air play and is featured on his new CD. "Dreamin in the North Coast Sun" features 12 original songs including "Perch Jerkin Blues", "Beaver Park Waltz", and "Jewel of the Port", all written on the shores of Lake Erie. It was recorded in Vermilion Ohio by Tom Akosi and features "Guitar" Johnny Hunyad on lead guitar. It was produced by Mike Thompson who has played music with Tim since the early seventies. CD's are available by emailing "blaketim55@yahoo.com". “Sleepless Nights” also is a collection of his original songs recorded with the help of his many talented friends such as Alex Bevan, Stonewall Thompson, Mary Martin, and Rick Rebman at Ground Clutter Studios in Lorain Ohio.. |
